Palma load development

This may be an odd question, but I am finishing a tube gun at the moment. It is a blueprinted 700 action with a 32" med. palma Benchmark barrel chambered with a .308 obermeyer reamer. The action is glued into the tube. My main question was load development... This rifle will be shot with a sling and irons. Can i develop a load with a scope and put my sights on after the fact or should I develop with the irons?? Will barrel harmonics be way different with a front sight on or off...

Do all your load development with a scope. You're trying to develop your load not yourself. After you have an accurate load then you can put the iron sights on and develop yourself :)
