Pac Nor Barrel

Hi All...Gimme some advise here please. Are these good barrels for a 6mmBr? The Super Match S/S.

I've got a pac-nor barrel with similar results. Also did a 25/06 with one that shoots real well. A little more finicky though.

I have a couple and really like them. I use one on my BR rifle and came in 2nd two years ago in the WI State HBR match.

I have 2 chrome-moly pac-nor barrels, Extremely happy with mine.

I'll ditto what everyone previously said. There may be barrels that are even more accurate than a Pac-Nor, but I haven't seen them yet. Super slick bores. Now keep in mind that I only own one so far, but I'm man enough to admit that mine is more accurate than the idiot behind the wheel. The other thing that impresses me about Pac-Nor is the amazing variations of caliber, rifling type and twist they offer.

I truly believe that Pac-Nor makes as good a barrel as anyone can, and customer service is as good as it gets.
I have Shilens, Bartleins, Lilja's, and kreiger's and my Pac-Nors will shoot with any of them... My new 22br XP rear grip has a Pac-Nor on it also........

a pac nor was used to set the NRA 600 SF Metallic sight record in august. 7.5 twist / 6mm in 6mmxc.

A friend of mine recently purchased a Pac Nor barred in .20 caliber. Had to send the barrel back because the first 2" of the bore at the shank were oversized by .002. He could not get any phone response for 2 weeks. The smith finally had to call and leave a message showing some interest in purchasing a barrel. They called him back in 30 minutes. The only person he was able to talk to was the lady at the front desk. This was a select match barrel. The receptionist said they would make a new barrel. It's been 3 weeks and still no response as to when the barrel will arrive. This is really great customer service!!! Almost as bad as Lilja but not quite. No more Pac Nors for me.

It is a :thumb:for pac nor barrels from me. I have just had a remington action rebarreled to a 6Br 1 in 10 twist pacnor barrel and it shoots tiny little groups with 80 grain Bergers.

I have 3 custom rifles but I had pac-nor re barrel my win. model 70 223 with a new 19-223 barrel and this thing shoots 1/4" 100 yd.groups time after time. I believe this to be the best investment I have made. And this is my sage rat gun with a BSA scope.
