We had a great day letting the kids shoot steel Silhoettes yesterday. All 22LR. 5 targets and 5 shoots. The one with the fewest left standing won a turkey. Weather was perfect and wind was light. Kids love to shoot. And it made the front page of the paper with an up lifting article at that. In Southern California!! You see, there are things more important than the other stuff. God bless America!

I love seeing the kids out learning the sport. Whether they continue or not it teaches them the respect to have with firearms. I've had all 3 of my girls learning when i felt they were ready. One of the local Turkey shoots arround here my middle daughter won 3 Turkey's in October. Larger caliber than 22lr though.
