My red truck turned green when I left it out for two days. Tree pollen. Looking at the pollen coating it occurred to me that for the first time in years my digestive system didn't go nuts this Spring. Last year at this time I was again being driven bug frog by the sos. Digestive upset, gas, bloating etc. Blood pressure swings and this constant feeling of impending doom. Turns out it's a form of seasonal affective disorder, but not depression. Instead it's about anxiety. The chemical reactions in my body to the pollen create some badass chemicals. From what I got from my doctor it makes for release of excess adrenalin and other stress hormones. That's where the "fight or flight" feeling kicks in. That feeling of dread. It's becomes worse if you're a tough guy, one not bothered by any adverse situations. Can't figure out WTF is going on. Makes it worse. Went to see the Doc. Once I found out for sure what was going on, that almost cured it by itself. I opted not to do any heavy duty anxiety drugs. I have a 'scrip for a strong anti-histamine med. Take as needed. I had to knock off the coffee. I do also take a over the counter herbal supplement. Hope this helps some of you. If you got this chit, don't be a tough guy, it's very detrimental to your health. Mike
