Ordering a 284 reamer

Ordering a 284 reamer today for 180 VLD's, plan on using blue box lapua necked up...here's the plan where/what am I lacking

220 FB
284.5 Throat diameter
316 neck (just want to skim turn the brass, nothing major)

And the rest of the reamer is saami specs which was told works very well with blue box Lapua

I'm using almost that exact reamer -

.218 Freebore
.315 neck
PTG 284 Lapua/Norma spec body

Works great with necked-up and turned Lapua brass. I'm using .315 because I need to get down to .311 loaded diameter in order to get a full cleanup on recent lots of brass.
