Optimal 223AI neck and free-bore

Gents, I'm in the process of building a HV switch barrel in 223AI and have a 1-9 twist Kreiger on order. What do you guys recommend for an optimal no-turn chamber neck, free-bore,length and dia.) and leade angle to shoot 52 to 73 gr. bullets? I plan to fire Lapua brass exclusively. The intended use of this barrel will be mostly for informal club shooting and live varmints.
