Optics HELP

Advice please
I have Schmidt & Bender PMII, Nightforce, Zeiss and Doctor optics which I have used for many years.
Would I be disappointed with a Nikon Monarch X Tactical 4-16X50.
The dimensions and weight look ok for my .243 custom which I use for, hunting , varmint and target shooting.
I would have to order one on line as none are in New Zealand to handle and have a look through.
Any advice welcome ???

I think the Nikon Monarch series of scopes are phenomenal for the price. I have two that track perfectly with great color, contrast and resolution. As good as a Schmidt & Bender, no but great value that gets the job done well. I would love to hear your analysis once you compare them.
By the by I spent five months in New Zealand working on a film and never was more impressed by a people as a whole as the New Zealand population. Can't wait to come back!

Nikon Buckmaster is almost the equivalent of the Monarch, which is quite the equivalent of Burris Signature Select: more scope companies out there than rifle companies. Look through the scope before you buy it. What works best for you may not be my favorite chose, but many are extremely useable. Cliffy
