what do you use that you like? I have picatinny rails on top and bottom.

Lots of options. The Rugers are great pistols. I have a couple of the MKII's I sometimes use for Bullseye indoor matches. For BE accuracy the most common scope is the original Ultra-Dot (available both 25mm and 30mm). But between the high bolt and the dot the "rapid fire" (5 shots, 10 seconds) can suffer from the high CG of the bolt cycling.
So if you're looking for something quick, pick a "good" lightweight dot that sits close to the pistol. I don't have experience with the new small reflex sights but IMHO that'd be a good place to start.
