opinions welcome. 700 sps tactical, savage bvss or rebarrel mkii target

I currently own a ruger m77 mkii target that shoots 1moa with light bullets (40-55). Has shot 3 shot one hole groups(.25-.5") with fiocchi 40g v-max but I cant seem to duplicate with any other brands. Can't find these bullets locally anymore either. Would like a little better then the 1"so I'm considering trading it in toward a remington sps tactical or a savage model 12 bvss. Both guns i've read a ton of good reviews on and they have the faster 1-9 twist im looking for as apposed to the 1-12 that my ruger has. I like the bvss a little more but it maybe not 200 bucks more. After all 550-750 is kinda in the budget rifle range. Any opinions welcome. Also. If anyone is near the 18080 zip code and would be interested in a ruger m77 mkii target in 223 for 400.00 as that is what i'd get for trade in let me know. Has rings and round count is right about 250.

I would go with the savage as it has endless do at home possibilitys.
