Has Parker Hale rings and blocks for swing offs in the German style (under tube and bottom of occular bell.

PS I "needed" this as my father "Borrowed" my West German Diatal 4x36 for his little Browning SA-22...

(That's my self enabling rationale and I'm sticking to it)

Yep, the fixed power from the 70s were among the most expensive and had that real simple clean design. See old copy of Gun Digest.

Those Habicht's are nice scopes. I've had two higher power variables in the past. Good glass and still hold their value relatively well.
