Yeah. Reminds me of the old joke about a guy who moves to Chicago cause he heard "money grows on trees" there. Sure enough he is walking down the street on his first day and sees a $20 bill lying on the street...starts to pick it up and says "nah, not going to work on my first day in Chicago." Not a joke anymore?

Primer charger requires background check, probably a drug test, both will exclude many applicants.
