my friend (almost 80 years old) has just retired from shooting and has almost a case of ammo each of these. He isn't on the forums and was wondering what the value was on them.

Hard to say, someone might be willing to pay a great deal or no one wants it at all. See what it might be selling for on gunbroker. I've seen vintage 22lr ammo sell there. Or try on rimfire central.

Check Whidden's prices. The Eley pistol is very popular these days. So is SK when you can find it. PMC is a niche market, every now and then it shoots great in someone's rifle. Same, imho for the Birmingham to a greater degree market interest and value. A case or more is going to be pricey to most shooters, several hundred-$$$ for the Eley, SK, and Birmingham.
I would be interested in the Birmingham or the Eley or SK.
Serious shooters, generally buy a box of several Lots/Brands to test, then buy as much as a case.

I am literally doing the same thing right now - selling off older match and practice ammo for a retiring elder friend.

Our mutual friend overseeing these sales usually sells older rimfire ammunition at half the current value of whichever brand & grade it is.

On many of these, the lubes have dried. On the stuff I buy, I use a few sprays of homemade Dillon case lube to re-soften the lube. They all shoot fine in my guns.

Good luck with the sale.
