I have come across some very old 190 grn BTHP bullets made by hornady. 4 boxes total of 2 different styles. First set is gold black and white boxes with hornady match bullets on it and lot No 2_970. These boxes all have the metal corners and thick cardboard material. The other 2 boxes are hornady red box with a funny boat tail on them lot No. 9_957323. Just wondering if anyone knows some history on these bullets and if they would be suitable for my 300 win mag. Got them real cheap and as much as bullets are these days for my 300 just thought I would look into them first.
