Yesterday , I pulled my Redding Competition seater die apart for a clean and polish particularly the seater stem. I dropped the wire retaining clip on the shop floor, needless to say I could not find it.
I emailed Phil H at Sinclairs , ten minutes later I receive an email from Chris F at Redding , Chris has a couple of retainers in the post to me. Thanks for your collective efforts and service Phil & Chris , beers are in order should we ever meet !

Redding treated me good one time with a die that was never reamed properly.I sent it back and after a week I called Chris and he expedited a new replacement back to me in 2 days.
