And thank you for the input RG. Your wealth of knowledge is, as always, much appreciated. This gun is going to make me rip my hair out. I'm terrified to shoot it for fear it makes little bitty one hole groups.
For reference, it is a trued 700 SA repeater w/ blind mag, Jewell 2oz w/bottom safety, 23" Hart 13 twist barrel, and McMillan 2 1/2" wide Hunter class stock.
It appears to be a 30, to 40 deg. shoulder - my eyes are too old to visually micro stuff - and the body tape appears to be substantially straightened. If you have one, and the shoulder angle is, indeed, 30 deg., it is possible (?likely?) that a Redding, L.E. Wilosn, or, other 6.5x47LAPUA FL/neck-bushing re-size, body will allow proper resizing and shoulder 'bump'.
For thirty cal, in order to eliminate [undesired] neck sizing, you'll likely have to open the neck-port diameter
just enough to allow 'free' passage. When SAAMI spec'd, the head-space, shoulder diameter, and angle, my Hugh Henriksen 6.5x47, and 30x47 LAPUA dimensions were within 0.001" of my original (Dan green/Forgreens) 30x47HBR chamber reamer. The biggest difference is the web diameter.
The Forgreen's reamer was ground to match the Winchester .300 Savage and Remington .308 UBR brass, which measuer 0.463" -0.464" across the case-head, just above the extractor groove. Thus, the
old school chambers - usually 0.466" to .467" Dia.)don't work well with the larger diameter (roughly 0.469") cases. Hope this helps.

P.S. Yes, it will probably "SHOOT" - if it does, send me a couple of fired cases, and I'll C if I can help you out.
