Guys,
I'm sort of breaking my own rules here by going totally off-topic, but there is a web page with truly spectacular satellite photos showing Japan coastal cities before and after the Tsunami. When the page loads, you'll see a dozen "before" pictures (top to bottom of page). Go to the RIGHT side of each photo and drag your mouse back to the left to expose the After photo.
This is definitely one of the most dramatic displays of what happened in Japan.

Remember you have to pull the "After" photos from the right with your mouse. Some of the worst damage is shown in LINK Part 2.
