Listing for a friend. He had this built by the master, Zack, over at ODCR last year. Did about 40rds of load development and shot in one 600yd BR match in HV class. Comes with an extra 243ai fireforming barrel so no need to use barrel life to form brass. Gun weighs 16lbs 6oz on my postal scale as pictured.
Gun is a 243AI on a Kauger BRIII dual port. B&A comp trigger tuned by Zack.
Mueller barrel with heavy diamond flutting. Flutes have been cerecoated black. EC tuner added as well. 30" barrel. 100rds exact on components barrel.
Custom XRing stock with RAD system made of purple heart between black walnut(i think) finished by the stock guru @Bc'z / Brett in a black cherry.
Gun shot phenomenal with a newbie behind it in the match. @Bill Norris did the 100yd development and it was in the 0s and 1s at 100.
Since Match it has sat and he's fell out of interest in shooting. Skip the long wait for components, finishing and built time and be shooting quickly. Easy and capable to compete with as is.
Lots of brass included-
If shipped - you'll get 600 pieces of Starline. 66 of which are formed and ready in the FF barrel. 534 virgin. All have been cleaned up to .014 neck thickness. Also 400pcs lapua. Light cleanup on necks to all be .0145.
Bill Norris did all brass prep.
If picked up in person some loaded ammo, to be broken down, can be included so you'll gain another 100 lapua formed and 130 starline formed.
Redding FLS bushing die included as well
