You can order barrels from Green Mountain. Will need to have it machined though.

Lilja is one company that still offers it as an additional service when you order, looks like $240 on top of barrel cost.
You can always order the barrel you want, large enough for the octagon you chose and have @boltfluter make it octagon for you!

You can order a classic octagon straight taper or a classic tapered octagon barrel from Green Mountain that closely match Winchester weights. Of course, they will need to be threaded and chambered. I have several in the old classic calibers and all shoot very well.
