I bought this Brand New Rifle last year to use as a factory class rifle for Varmint for score and Group match competition, it has a beautiful satin finished Walnut stock with hand cut rifling, and is unmolested. I also shoot these competitions in Custom Class. It has become clear to me that it is to much for me at my age to shoot both classes on the same day. At one time it was illegal in some factory class matches! So if this is your intention, make sure it is legal for factory class competition at your matches!
It is also a highly collectable rifle, and hence why I am offering with less than 150 rounds on this rifle since new, yes fired, but not even broke in. I purchased it new in the factory box from an estate sale, it has less than 150 rounds thru it since scrubbing the factory cosmoline from the barrel and finish. It is as new as you will find for this limited run rifle. Less than 1000 made each year of three year run, A, B, & C 3 digit serial number prefix rifles. This is "B" series rifle. It will be accompanied in its original box with its serial numbered owners manual containing it's as built test report.
This gun was used to shoot 3 matches, and finished 1st place in all three, a 100 and 200 yard score match, one 200 yard Varmint for score match, and one 200 yard egg shoot match. It needs a new home.
The sale price is $2300.00 for the rifle only and will include the 50 cases that have been used in this rifle. I will also be willing to sell to the buyer of the rifle another 150 unfired rounds of the same lot of Norma brass. As well as 500 rounds of the 65 grain Bib Bullets I used to win those matches.
Scope and rings available to the buyer of this rifle only until after the sale. But it is only available at additional price, with the Burris Signature rings, and the custom lens covers from George.
Shipping to your FFL is on the buyer, or if possible can arrange to meet at your ffl for the sale.
