NRA National Matches

In the Daily Bulletin, the NRA has decided to move the nationals from Atterbury to "various" clubs around the nation. I felt they shot themselves in the foot when they moved them from Camp Perry. Now various clubs? Is the goal even less participation? Personally I have competed in different disciplines alongside each other. One trip with multiple matches.

Have you attended any of Atterbury matches? Did you look at participation? I have shot XTC twice, smallbore twice and LR this year. The attendance has continued to decrease, less than 50 for each of the main competitions- that no longer is National Championship worthy.

What was asked for: get the NRA trophies to Perry during the CMP matches, but that solution was not possible from the rumors.

NRA isn’t going back to Perry, this is their attempt to try something different because Atterbury hasn’t worked (Overall, I prefer Atterbury to Perry, better housing, better food options, etc)

I suppose this may be proof they put concerns/input of NRA members last?
It's expensive trying to drive over the whole country.
Must think everyone can afford to fly?
