When on a board for a State Aggregate Association we usually had 12 members. We went to 15 or 17, not sure of the number, but it was a disaster.

If the NRA had one member from every State, that would be more than enough. Wondering if the by-laws require it?

I see that John Siegler, former board member that started the NRA post below didn't make it. Last seen here April 5th.

Like i`ve said in the past.....

"Same game, just different names"

Kinda like voting in our own gubbamint elections, same game, just different names.

I`ve come to the conclusion, it isn`t "for the people", its "who controls the people"

It`s THEIR club, and WE ain`t in it. They take our money at the door, then they kick us to the curb.

Reminds me of a story I read about the Exxon Valdez. The ship was 5 miles away from running aground and the Captain knew he couldn't stop her or avoid the collision despite reversing his engines and changing the rudders. Something that big (like the NRA, our government, etc), doesn't change course or turn easily. You can't stop physics (a body in motion...). That's what can happen with big BOD's. They can become an entrenched bureaucracy that does not want to cede power or control.
