Hi All,
We had our last match of the season yesterday and today -a pair of 3 x 1000 yard matches.
Saturday was an absolutely gorgeous fall day, with nice temps and sunny skies. Today was, not so much.., but we still had fun on the range with friends.
In F-Open, George VanWhy shot a pretty respectable 1168-24X for the win, followed by Andy Amber at 1164-39X. Master class shooter Henry Ferris posted a nice 1158-36X for third F-Open. Nice shooting guys!
In F-T/R Jim Crofts posted a nice 1143-23X for the category win, followed by Master Class shooter Todd Norfleet at 1140-28X. Nice to see the 308 holding its own this weekend.
On the sling side of things, Dave Kerin was the match winner, firing a very ice 1182-46X -well done, Dave! He was followed by Don Phister, who posted a nice 1172-46X, and Joe Fogg who shot a close in 1170-55X. That is a LOT of X's Joe!
