Bought a Reminton custom shop 40X today. It has scope bases that are a dovetail measuring 0.479" . It came with 1" rings. Where can I get other rings? What is this mount system called? TIA
Not familiar with these scope mounts..Help!

12MM dovetail. Consider changing to standard Weaver, Picatinny or other mounting system.

I checked out benchrite! Thank you!-- these are apparently a Kelbly style base and rings. They have JJ Enterprise rings for them. Great intel, thanks again!

Yes that size dovetail is standard issue for BR rifles. Lots of folks make em from $25 bkl rings to morr and kelbly themselves. Best bang for your buck is harrels rings at $75. Tell em at benchrite i sent you. Youll be a repeat customer
