If this has been discussed before or is already known, please forgive me. In the immediate past I called Jim Briggs at NSS to get info on back orders only to discover the business has been sold and is moving to Bismarck, ND. New owner is James Kessler. However, there is no contact information on the web site for Mr. Kessler and the phone rolls immediately to voice mail. If anyone knows more would you please let us mushrooms know so that we can contact the new owner.

I received an email from James just this past Tuesday. Didn't know there was new ownership, though.
taltom, my point exactly. I found out by trying to buy a DBM. Now, I just got off of the phone with the new owner, James Kessler. The company will keep the same phone number and the new address will be in ND. Mr. Kessler said that he would post the shipping/billing address shortly. He seemed like a very nice fella.
Well guess I have to sell my "Salvage" now. Jim was great to deal with and alays helped and went above and beyond

Its a shame to see Jim go. I always had great dealings with him. I wonder wat happened? I've only got one salvage now with a barrel i got from Jim on it and I dont plan to ever buy any savage aftermarket barrels again, though I may buy some remage. Hopefully the new owner will treat people right.
Why?? Not gonna give the new guy a chance? To judge beforehand is wrong.Or other reasons??
I'm just now setting up a Savage 260AI for f-class and steel. The new owner answered my email quickly. I'll be giving him my business very soon.

I'll be more than happy to give the new guy a chance. I just don't like savages and don't plan on buying any barrels for the one I've got. I will probably buy a remage from him though.-- I used to live in Bismarck-- Good people there. Sorry for the confusion-- I'll try to explain myself better in the future.
