Norma 203B

It is real close to rl15 as far as burn rate a lot of long range shooters use rl 15 in there 6.5x47 in completion at long range an shoot very well I see no reason you cant use 203b as a alternative.

Thanks, that's what i thought. I just finished making a new round in 6.5 from 308 brass. Should hold about 42 grains of powder. I just ran my 6.5BR reamer in until I got a body length of 1.325 at the shoulder start. It should fire form out with little taper and a 30 degree shoulder. looking forward to shooting it.

The 308 case has the same pressure as the 6.5X47L [ 62,000 psi] so it should be a very close round. That's the unfired case in the middle next to a 30BR.
