Norma 203B

No. I have used it in both 22-250 (50 gr bullets) and .308 (155 gr bullets). It is essentially identical to RL-15, but not quite according to the mfr. Apparently minor differences in chemistry/deterrent coatings. Loads for the same velocity were equivalent (in my rifles, maybe not someone elses). The 203B seemed a little less sooty cleaning the barrels.

I can find RL-15 locally, 203B is a bit harder to come by.

In any event, treat it as a different powder than RL-15, close but not quite. It may act a little different at max charges and who likes surprises.

Not in 6.5x47, but in a 6BR and a 6Dasher. Amazingly accurate, said to be RE-15, will workup loads for next year in 223 with heavies and 308. BTW Powder Valley shows it in stock as this is written.
