Norma 203 B ?

I picked up 2 # of this at an estate sale, I know Norma powders are usually not mentioned / used because it isn't easily obtained. Having said that, has anyone used the N 203-B to load 223's ??

Its similar to rel 15 and it is a good powder. Powder valley has it right now for 24.99 a pound. It was meant for medium style cartridges and it works for many others. Go to norma's website for loading imfo.

Like Jon said- 203-B is either a clone of RL-15 or pretty darn close-- 25 gr. or less could be a good starting point but as in all things internet, DO NOT take my word for this, contact Norma and get the gospel.

Data on 203 B is limited to 69 gn in a 223 and the heavier 308's. s soon as the fall monsoons pass I'll try it in some bolt & gas guns

I have used it successfully in a standard .223 with Berger 90 gr. VLD's.
Norma 203B & Alliant PP 2000 MR worked the best.
