Non invasive scope mount on Krag made in 1900

I had blank Alloy vise jaws from Boeing Surplus 3/8 x1.5x6". I milled trapezoids to provide V block clamping on the barrel.
I clamped with 1/4-28 bolts on 1" centers.
I drilled and taped 6-48 on 0.5" centers.
I drilled and tapped for a 10-32 Uncle Mike's sling stud.
I made a Rock Hard Maple beveled spacer to mate with the bipod foam ears.

I used a Picitinally rail made by EGW, cut off 4" and milled it thinner.
I drilled clearance and countersink on 0.5" centers for the 6-48 screws.

I used a Burris tactical 1" rings and a VX3 2.5x8 handgun scope.

This took two days to build and bore sight. It is going hunting on Saturday.

I guess we can assume, and I really don't like to do that, that you have sighted this rig in and done some target shooting. How's it shooting, got any pics?
Interesting setup.
