No Lead lead remover comparison test

Compared Bore Tech rimfire blend to No Lead by letting a small piece of lead soak in a bottle cap. The No Lead started to work as soon as the lead was dropped in. It started to bubble just like hydrogen peroxide on blood. After a day the piece of lead was gone. The lead soaking in the Bore Tech was still there. The bottle of No Lead says not to leave in the barrel for more then 20 minutes at a time without flushing out with Wipe Out. The dissolved lead turns into a white powdery substance.

Don't use Rubbing Alcohol. My S&W M 28 357 mag looks rusted. It doesn't come off.

Wiped down with alcohol, dried, then applied Break Free CLP.

Just use the correct products & follow the 20 minute instructions. Longer is not better.

The m28 bbl looks that way from thousands of rounds fire. The rust color is not nornal.
