No H4198 to be found... Benchmark a substitute?

I have a 30BR that really likes 33.5 grns of H4198 but alas I am unable to secure more for this coming season. I have 8 lbs of Benchmark that I only dipped into a few years back for another rifle. I see one person on the 30BR section has had luck with Benchmark. Anyone else have good luck with benchmark. I am somewhat hesitant to waste a lot of custom bullets before season to work up a new load but may be forced to. Currently shooting 118 grain, BIB (7 ogive).

I haven't done it myself, but I have it on excellent authority that it's a hidden gem. Needs about 36 grains to work in a standard 30 BR, 118 grain BIB or similar.

I just started my son shooting a standard 30 BR. Given the issues out there, I didn't want to waste the 4198 fireforming with it, so I used Reloader 7. I got some scary good groups at 33.8 grains shooting old 115 gr BIBs.

A lot of people also like N130 and Norma 200, if you can find them. 322 works as well.

i use 36.0grs. of Benchmark and Fowler 117's . I have no fliers, nothing out of the groups. Can't say more than that!!
