nikon monarch?

i am thinking of buying the 8-32 monarch,which retical the nikoplex cross hairs or the bdc?i am just starting in br,but will also use the rifle for hunting.any thoughts.

Good Scope! I have been using a Nikon Monarch 6.5/20 in long-range competition for 10 yrs. I perfer the Duplex reticle. The BDC is very dependant on specific loads and bullets.

The BDC also has much wider crosshairs. They cover a 1/2" dot at 100 yards.

i cant believe nikon would make such a great scope and put only 20 moa that is 10 up and 10 down, but if you use up adjustment sighting in at 100 yards then your left with even less, just dont understand why they would do that,other than that i think the scope would be absolutely awesome optically.
