i have always had problems with Nikon scope any similar story's
mine could never hold a zero and it didn't matter i would send them in and same old story

I've had one on a 300wm for 12 years now, it quit holding zero after 7 years so I sent back to nikon and they replaced it with the newer version. I've been shooting it every weekend for the past few months getting ready for an elk hunt and so far it's stayed together.
