Nightforce Ultralite Rings

Has anyone had scope movement with the Nightforce Ultralite 4 screw rings? From what I've been able to find, Nightforce changed the screw torque from 15 inch-lbs to 25 in-lbs several years ago due to complaints with the scope moving. However, the current 25 inch-lb recommendation is higher than my scope manufacturers recommendation.

Should I look at the 6 screw rings or go with another manufacturer?

Mine are good on my 260rem. rifle weighs 13lbs all in with 34mm Burris XTR-II 3-15. I torque mine to 20in/lbs and haven't had any trouble. rifle is suppressed at all times though...

I have 2 pairs, one on a 6BRA and the other on .284 done up by hand no torque and they've both stayed put for the last 4 years.

Ram,

Any chance you lapped them, or bought them from someone who has?

Chris
I didn't mean to imply that I had trouble with the rings. In fact, based on the replies here, I went with the four screw Nightforce Ultralite rings and so far so good. Thanks everyone.

Ahh, I misunderstood the intent. I have a set of highs on my daughters Eliseo holding a 50mm NXS. GTG..Love 'em.
