1-14 Twist I honestly can’t answer what the neck is from factory but out of my other Sako ppc’s a load round measures .265 with Norma brass with room to spare

I have a Sako 75 varmint just like it but it is a 22ppc and it shoots small bug holes. The most accurate factory rifle I have ever shot! They are great rifles!
