This is a new, never fired, CZ model 75 SP-01 semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with front and rear 3-dot tritium sights, black polycoat slide and frame, built-in bottom picatinny rail, black rubber checkered grips, and three brand new Mec-Gar 17-round magazines. The two magazines with rubber pads as originally pictured are no longer included and therefore have been substituted as noted above. Comes with manual, target sheet and carrying case included. It has always been stored as a safe queen. There are some very minor wear on the barrel in the chamber area from racking while it was in store display case prior to purchase. SKU# 91152. This is a discontinued model as their current model has standard 3-dot white sights that are not tritium. This item has 3-dot tritium sights.

By purchasing this pistol, you acknowledge that you are legal to posses this pistol and magazines with the capacity as noted above in accordance to your local, state and federal laws. I am a private seller and am legal to ship it directly to your local FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that your FFL will accept transfer from private party. If your local or state law should require me to ship it FFL to FFL, there will be a $25 fee for my FFL to transfer to your FFL.
