When I had my .220 Swift AI built , I was struggling to find dies here down under. Several forum members suggested Newlon Die blanks. I bought some and am very happy, the quality it exceptional.
Recently I decided to upgrade the standard Newlon seater die by replacing the standard stem with the Mitutoyo Mic Head. When I went to place the order the Newlon order page gave me no option other than the most expensive freight cost, which put the freight at almost the same cost as the mic head $89.00.
I emailed Newlon Dies to decline the mic head due to the freight cost & received a personal email from Mr Newlon apologizing for the freight glitch and Troy offered me an alternative method.
Who says customer service is dead !! Its service like that that ensures an individuals or companies reputation.
