New Weaver T10 scope

I got a NIB Weaver T-10 scope at an auction over the weekend. I do not think it is one of the older "micro-trac" Weaver T10's tho. Looks like it comes with target knobs and a sunshade.

Anyone familiar with this T-10 model?

It is a 10 power version of the later T36 style scopes. 1/4" dot and 1/4" w/e adjustments. -Al

I have owned 5. Plus three old steel ones.

They track well, and make fine close range (to 300 yards) PD scopes on Hornets, FB based rifles. I prefer the dot with fine CH. However, they are known to sometimes have dots that are larger than they advertise, making some targets at distance hidden in the dot. I have not seen a duplex CH in this model.

They sell for about $280-300. Not a lot of takers, but I love them. It is a fine tree squirrel scope too on a 22 RF, except in the FINE CH...the CH gets lost in the vegetation. This is an under-appreciated scope.

Oh, it is aluminum, and the old ElPaso ones were steel.

Lastly, Cheryl Ackerman can put different crosshairs in it...or bump it if you want more magnification...but I find the 10 X to be perfect for so many things.

The scopes arrived today and the T-10 is identified on the objective ring as a "CT-10" and "Micro-trac". Made in Japan and as promised new in box. Came with a set of extra target knobs, a sun shade and the paperwork.

Our club has a casual benchrest matches with a 12X limit for sporter class. I found a K12 a few years back for $95.00
