New to 22 need help/advice

I’m trying to put together a nrl/prs 22. I’ve never shot rimfire prs style matches so need advice I know whatever I get I want to be able to upgrade and change parts as I go kinda thinking either cz or b14r. I’ve built several center fire match rifles but for steel stationary shooting not positional

I would head to the nearest. 22RF PRS shoot and see what the top guys are running. Like the CF matches, I am sure you will get all the help you need and maybe some advice on what to avoid, parts wise, with the build. Good luck.

From what I've read the Bergara has experienced a number of extraction/feed problems.
CZ 457 is generally regarded as a quality performer and excellent third party prefit barrels are available to further improve accuracy. Of course customs are available depending on the class you want to shoot. Currently I have a CZ at my gunsmith to rebarrel and tune up the ignition.

At our matches generally the top performers are Vudoos and CZs. I have a CZ that hangs with them at our matches, and I also have a Bergara B14R as well, but it isn't quite on par with my CZ or those Vudoos yet.

This is the best advice you can get. Don't do by what people say about this gun or that gun, go see for yourself. I would go with a 700 format gun, for trigger and chassis. I have 2 B14R, CZ 455 and Tikka Tix, none have problems, and shoot very well.
Most top guys will be shooting Vudoo's or RimX's
