Got my new scope from Midway and the scope box was damaged. Appears the scope was beating
against the inside of the box. Damage from the inside out. Appears ok. Would most accept it or try to return it. Thanks

Was the shipping box equally compromised or just this factory presentation box? If just the factory box, I'd be thinking "outside the box", Haha,
How many times had this been returned and reissued by Midway??

I had a scope arrive in similar condition after going from mid west to Atlanta than Puerto Rico for a week before finally heading north to Montana.
The scope wasn’t scratched at all and has performed perfectly.

Just a dinged up box.

Now that’s just being silly, do you think a scope of this value has really seen any of that nonsense.

I as well had a S6 that I purchased from Midway come with an open factory box. Scope has functioned well. Missing from the box was the front scope flip up cap. I contacted customer service at Midway as was told I would have to return the scope in order to get the cap. Wasn’t worth my time! Obviously, something nefarious is occurring in their shipping department. No longer doing business with Midway after 30 yrs. Todd
