new scale

just got my redding #2 scale in last night. tested it against my rcbs 750 digital. when compared against the redding, the rcbs was .2-.3 grains low every time. i guess that could be why my es/sd has been suffering.

Cole,
I have used a RCBS 502 for years, the thing is if the scales will repeat each time you weigh a charge. Your RCBS scales may say 34.0 and Redding may say 34.3, if that charge shoots good in your rifle then stay with it, and use the same scales each time you load. The different scales may not have the same reading but, my RCBS will read the same +/- .1 gr. with each charge used for loading. Write down the weigh and the scales you used and stay with it. If it's not broken then don't fix it.

Before you accept one scale as the more accurate over the other, you need to consider using something like this, check weights):
