New remington 700 feeding issues

New 700 longranger. I've stoned and polished feed rails as best I can. I smoothed the feed ramp with a Dremel tool and a stone grinder that was a good fit . Question is what do you recommend I use to polish a very smooth surface on the feed ramp and rails. The rifle scars cases and damages the bullets fed from the magazine . Thank you for information about this.

I worked on this rifle a few hours yesterday evening and it is better than it was but not good enough yet. What grit and abrasive should I get?
