New North Texas Match in Planning Stage

Guys and Gals,
Starting in March a group of us are going to hold a monthly Open type Shoot on the 1st weekend of the month, day has not been set either Saturday or Sunday.
We will shoot 400yds could change distances. Open to Fclass, bench bring own bench, dirt
shooters, hunter style shooters. Young and "Old' and everyone inbetween.

Format is Clay Targets 10 targets large, medium and small with 4 relays and sighters.

Open to as many who want to come.
Price of shoot is set up so far is $50.00 for adults $25.00 for jrs.15 and below

Location is in Gainsville Texas.

Range has other faclities so you can spend the whole day there, shotgun, cowboy action and longer range after match is done.
Restrooms on site food you must bring.

Please be aware its still in the planing stage but we will make it happen.

I just wish it was not on the first weekend. Sometimes that is a 300/500/600 yard match at Carthage (East Texas) weekend.
Is this a club that we can join so that we can use the range for long range practice?

Sub'd. Local range is limited to 200 and mostly MilSurp competitions. Getting into longer range and looking to build a 260 Rem shortly.
