New neck turner?

I recieved mine the other day.....impressed.

Unfortunately i didn`t read the "fine print" and goofed up my order. MY fault.

Talked to John over the phone and POOF........ problem resolved.

His customer service is excellent in my opinion and i will be doing buisness with him in the future.....
