Edited for twist rate: 90's need 1-7" twist

Welcome! Where are you located in the UK? I spent a week fishing in the Scottish Borders, last summer. Beautiful country you have there and very friendly folk! We traveled north, south, east and west. From Galway to London and never met an unfriendly person.
Do stay away from the "Good for a laugh" thread. It in no way represents the usually civil and informative conduct of our site. Some of our finer members are going off thier rockers due to "cabin fever".;) Josh

Hello! This place is great for learning from the most well versed shooters in the world. I joined just to see the pictures one day. I've learned so much (A picture is worth a thousand words.). I am certain you will enjoy it here!

Welcome mate!
I was in UK last November and was hoping to shoot at of at least have a look at Blair Athol near Perth in Scotland but timings did not align.
I shoot mostly full bore Target rifle and starting to play in F-open and practicle Service Rifle with a .260 I have been building up. I also know a few of the guys going over to Bisley this year to shoot the queens from Aus in fullbore target rifle. Would love to get back over there myself and do some shooting and hiking.
Welcome again!

Welcome aboard! Don't think you will find another forum that has members with this much experience in all aspects of accurate shooting. Enjoy the occasional bout of urinary olympics, popcorn eating and good laughs along with the info. :D

Hey thanks! I live just 35 miles south of the Scottish border in the Lake District. It's great but the only problem is we don't have any real good rifle ranges around here. I will have to make my own.....

Thanks for the advice! I live just south of the Scottish border among the hills. I live on a farm so it's good for varmints, but no good for proper ranges. I must ask Mr Farmer if I can make one :-) David

Cheers! My barrel is 1 in 8 so I'm informed I can shoot 75 grain A Max and 77 grain TMK and I've ordered some Berger target bullets in sizes up to 70 grain. I don't have H4350 but the advice sounds good - I will try it !! Cheers, David
