I didn't find a formal "Introduce Yourself" thread so I'm just going to throw out my own introduction here. I'm from Texas, south of Houston, and have been shooting handguns for a few years. Self-defense and the sort. I haven't jumped into competitive shooting yet. Anyway, after finding a 1000yard range a few miles from home, I can finally commit to precision rifle & precision reloading; which is something I've wanted to do for some time.

I'm a member of TFL, THR & others. Several folks have strongly recommended I join this forum. Seems like a great place. Thanks everyone. I look forward to learning everything that I can.

Well thank you for the warm welcome! I can assure you I will have a lot of questions once I decide whether to keep my semi-auto .308 or go to a bolt action while I can. I have a post up detailing my dilemma. Anyway, thanks again for the hardy welcome! coming coming shortly I'm sure.
