I also have a 3d printer, a Prusa Mk3s. I also use the free version of Fusion360, and I am learning it as I go.

I have made a few parts for my gun stuff, scope lens covers, 3" wide fore end add-ons for narrow fore ends, anti-cant levels, loading blocks, power throw levers for my scopes.

Your magazine is a difficult project.

Great wrok !

What might be cool are printed single-shot " feed ramps " used to convert bolt action repeaters to single shot.

Also..... " custom " handgun grips would be do-able, fer sher.

How much of the magazine are you printing, vice using parts from existing magazines?

I have looking for magazines for my Howa mini (without success). My Howa has been modified to 6BRX, and I only have one magazine for it.

I am printing the mag shell, the base plate and some spring extensions to get the factory spring to work in the 10 rounder. My 2 rounder uses the factory follower and works awesome, but the 10 rounder won’t work with the factory follower. The 7.62x39 tapered cases makes things difficult..

Busy day testing. Made some progress, the black springs are out and a new and improved spring has been created. Should last way longer. Stay tuned…

Could you print an AutoTrickler powder cup with an upside down cone coming up out of the bottom?. Have the cone stop 1/2 of the height of the interior cup walls and about a 3mm gap around the bottom of the cone (Interior dimension at the bottom of the cup~35mm. Cone rim dimension 29mm.

I can’t seem to get the powder to stop bouncing out of the powder cup and making a mess. According to my calculations the kernels will hit the cone and deflect against the side of the cup, lose velocity and not bounce out.

Let me know cost and if this is something you can perform.

Wow, that’s really cool, I’m more of a shop guy but I’ve used plenty of 3D printers. Printed a Carcano single shot adapter and a few clips of my design.
