Hi, everyone, found this forum while google searching items don't know how I missed this forum as it's right up my ally. I'm a long time member of RFC, CGN, ESEE just to name a few.

I'm into 22lr, 17hmr & .223 that is where I spend my time & getting into Benchrest & rimfire challenge shooting.

Welcome. I think you will find that this forum is different than many in that the folks here are kind, knowledgable, and are not armchair experts. They really are rocket scientists, machinists, industry people....and just plain ol good guys. we endeavor to keep it clean, on topic and to be helpful. You can learn a lot here. and a lot of us really do poke fun at ourselves too...keeping it humble, most of the time. So glad you are here, enjoy the ride.

As long as you didn't come over from Sniper's Hide, you're welcome. Seriously though, from my experience perusing other forums, this one has the most knowledgeable people in the game. Check out the pull down AccShooter Site. It has a wealth of info on everything "accurate".

I have been involved with gun for well over 20+ years. I worked for both Cabela's & Wholesale sports in the gun dept. for a few years and have also worked as pistol range instructor back in the 90's.

I can't hunt anymore without help, so hunting is down to gophers only. I had to change my shooting habits do to my work place injuries, So to keep involved in the sport I have switched to rimfire target / bench shooting. So no more coyotes & wild pigs.

I've been working on a few build projects as of late both with CZ455 & custom 10/22 KiDD rifles. plus I have a Rem 700 ACC-SD in .223 for most of you these aren't true bench guns but, it's a start and can only grow from there. My choice of optics are Leupold, Sightron & SWFA SS.
