New Lupua 22/250 brass

Founds some Lupua 22/250 brass today at my local Cabela's . My rifle has a 26"Millerworks bbl 12"twist Rem varmint contour . Thinking what load should I start with ? I weighted a few cases and their within 1/10th of a grain . I've gotten 1/2 MOA with 60gr Hornady bullets in Hornady brass . But this brass is premium stuff. So maybe some Varget behind some 60gr Sierra TMK ? Any suggestions ? I have a wide spectrum of bullets, powders and primers .

If you're wanting to use the 60 TMK, you're going to be in very marginal stability with a 1-12 unless you're pretty high up in elevation. Wouldn't hurt to try, but it's going to be borderline with how long that bullet is.

Good luck.

Both W760 and Reloder 15 have been terrific - fast and very accurate - in my .22-250 and 22-250AI's, 14" twist barrels. The nod goes to Reloder 15 and a 50 ballistic tip. A dynamite combination.

I started out with H380 many years ago and like it in the 22-250.
Really like H-414 in the Ackley version.Very nice cartridge to load and shoot, some of the older manuals list a load for the 22-250 and H-414 that I clocked at 4050 from my 14 twist 26” Remington with a 50 grain bullet.I tried it on a few pd’s in South Dakota, damn it was pretty destructive on them, needless to say I only used it sparingly.Had to try it,you won’t find that load in any of today’s books:)

Wouldn't hurt to try varget with that bullet and cci 200 primers or br-2.
RL-15 & imr 4064 worth a try also.
