New LR Hunting bullet?

Here is a very interesting Hunting bullet for the 7mm, these may get tried on my Elk hunt this year, using the 284 SP pistol, find I can find a couple 3 boxes.

After 14 yrs of trying, I finally drew a prime spot, last year we had several in the 380'+ class and a couple that went to 410" class, wife shot the wrong Bull, this year she drew a cow tag in the same area, and we drew Deer tags in this same area. SIL and daughter also drew the same area. ;D

Looks like we will get to spent in excess of 30 days in hunting camp. ;D

Now to find some bullets, either the above or the old standby 150 gr Partitions Not finding much available so far.

Tia,
Don

I hadn't seen those yet. The BC's look amazingly high for a controlled-expansion hunting bullet :o I may have to try them in my STW. I love the terminal perfoamnce of my Barnes TSX, but they don't buck the wind very well.

Congrats on your (I am asssuming) NV elk tag. My buddy drew an archery tage two years ago and "settled" for a 356 bull with his longbow on the last weekend. He chased a white bull that was well over 400 for a couple of weeks and was within 15 yards in the junuipers, but could never seal the deal. Needless to say I am accruing points waiting for my turn. Best of luck to you!

i got some of the 30 cal 210s from 10xtactical.com After receiving them, no way they are .730! comparing to the 210 berger and 215 berger, i think they will land at .660 at the MOST, more likely .62-.64. They have a very very long boattail.

I have not shot them yet as the rifle is still being built. Check out this thread. http://www.longrangehunting.com/forums/f19/accubond-lr-hand-113252/

This weekend i was with a fellow doing testing with the 210 ALR out of his 308 win, he shot it at 300 yards and 1015 yards and came up with a G7 BC of .318. He measured the velocity at that range and drop and they matched up well.
