New Lots of Shooters World Precision???

OK, so after the long drought of powder, I bought a good deal of Shooters World Precision (Lovex S062) which I had really good success with before. In fact is was pretty much as advertised as a good Varget alternative. Now with the new stuff I just cant seem to get any oomph from it. It's running about 150 FPS slower in my 223 AI than the previous stuff, When I plug this into Quickload I have to adjust the burn rate down by 13 to 15% to match actual velocities, where as the "sister load" with actual Varget I only nudge down by about 3% to get a match. This seems too big to give me comfort with predictions. I thought humidity at first, but I see the same thing on 3 different 1# bottles freshly opened, and these are actually stored in the same airtight box with the bottles of Varget and that box also contains a dessicant for good measure, so I dont think that is the problem.

Just wondering if anyone else has any of the new stuff, and seeing similar issues.

I'm trying to run 24.5 gr, in 223AI with Lapua Brass @ 31.98 Gr H20. trim 1.74" COAL 2.48, Hornady 88ELDM (Moly Coated), 28.25" BBL. Primers ( CCI450, rem 7-1/7, Fed 205M - all just about the same +/- maybe 10 fps)
This load used to produce 2740 , Now I scraping to get 2600

Powder lots can vary by as much as 15%. So what you're seeing isn't surprising, and it's in line with the amount you're having to adjust your QuickLoad burn rate.

The good news is that if you're down on velocity, you're also down on pressure. If your original load wasn't highly compressed you can bump the charge weight in the new lot until you're back at your original pressure/velocity range. Basically, like Dusty says, a new workup.

Lot variation is the reason many of us buy powder in fairly large batch sizes, if its something we're using a lot of.

Every new lot of powder needs a load workup. Good thing this change is a going up change instead of stuck bolt type lot changes which happens too.
Ok, let me ask a really stupid question here. Because of scarcity at the time I was able to get it is came from multiple sources with the purchase limits, which means multiple lots of 1# bottles. I try not to open more than one until time to use it, so in this case would it be a really bad idea to open it all and blend together and repackage so that it's all the same? Typically that would not be my idea of good practice, but since it is all theoretically "the same" maybe at least that way I would not have to have to do a work up on each 1# bottle burning other components and barrel time.

Not a stupid question.
I'd follow @Dusty Stevens advice. Won't be the first or last reloader to do it.

Use a wooden dowel rod to mix in a clean, dry, new if possible bucket. I prefer to dump the mix back into the 8 pound jugs and I drop 2-3 small desiccant capsules in the jug. Then I cover the opening with 2-3 layers of clear Saran Wrap and replace the cap. Next I write down all of the lot #’s I mixed together for future reference if needed and when I created this new hybrid batch. Sure beats chasing your tail for a new load every 3-4 pounds.

A wooden dowel is just gonna part the powder as you move it thru the powder. You need something with a big flat paddle like lower end to move the powder about. Also pouring from one container to another while rotating to help blend the powder.
How many different lot#'s do you have? Do you have multiples of same lot? How many cans?Seems like if this was all bought during a short time frame it should be the same lot. ie: everybody is out of stock. A load comes in, all one lot, shipped to every vendor.
